1. What payment methods are accepted?

2.Will I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
3.Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
SHIPPING
1. Does Iffhome ship to my country?
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States. We do not ship Internationally.
Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states and territories is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Please note: we currently DO NOT dropship to PO Boxes.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer full free shipping in United States. (Natural Marble tiles are not included.)
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
🚚General Items in US stock:
- Delivery Time: 2 - 10 business days
🚚Oversized Items in US stock:
- Delivery Time: 7 - 20 business days
🚚Other Items NOT in US stock:
- Delivery Time: 7 - 8 weeks
NOTE:
--Due to essential additional measures that need to be taken when shipping oversized items.

4.How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at the following site. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 5-7 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@iffhome.com. We’ll help you to solve it in the sooner time.
